The Garden State is the Boat Ramp State

New Jersey boaters have access now to a well researched guide to boating access. The state's Marine Sciences Consortium and the Sea Grant Extension Programs teamed up with the state's Transportation Department to produce a New Jersey Boater's Ramp Guide. For the past two years, staff have viisited every boat ramp in the state, taken notes and included the locations in a just released 64 page book.
